You could ask the Attorney General, the states Attorney, or the DCI agent one simple question. What disease did Duke have that made him dangerous? Not one of them would be able to answer that simple question because the DCI agent never bothered to investigate if Duke was diseased or mangy looking or had fleas or if he was perfectly fine. It didn't matter to them.
