The States Attorney didn't feel like she should handle the investigation as she works with Magee. Deputy Crissey said Michael would get a more fair and balanced investigation if they didn't handle it as they too work with Magee part time. Yet States Attorney tells deputies to look into the issue and they end up doing the investigation. The DCI agent who was suppose to handle the investigation, did nothing more than discuss the issue with the Sheriff. And of course Magee worked for the Sheriff part time. Now you know why there are missing/deleted emails. Missing photo's that were listed as evidence. Missing witness statement from a Sheriff who claims he was not a witness even though he is listed as a witness. A witness statement from Pet's Inn even though Duke was not taken to Pets Inn. And no witness statement taken from me even though the Sheriff knew I had spoken on the phone with Magee. And now you know why Officer Magee got away with killing Duke.
