Petition updateInsist S. Dak. Attorney General seek justice for Duke, dog unlawfully killed by an OfficerWho's lying?

When I first asked for the pictures of Duke's remains that were mentioned in the investigation report. Pictures that Deputy Maggs took, the Bon Homme States Attorney sent me a letter stating that she spoke with Deputy Maggs and "any photographs taken were never printed and he has since had problems with his phone and has lost all of his information"
Even though agent Cunningham's report dated last year, states >>Location of Evidence: Photos are at the Bon Homme County Sheriff's Office.
Yesterday I received a letter from the Bon Homme States Attorney which contained one picture of Duke's remain.
So, did Deputy Maggs lie to the States Attorney or did the States Attorney lie to me?
And why only one picture when Agent Cunninghams report clearly states "Photos" are at the Bon Homme County Sheriff's Office.
