When Michael called the Sheriff Dept on Oct 2nd 2014, wanting to file a complaint against officer Magee for dumping Duke, Deputy Crissey and office Dejong came to Michaels house and told him they could not investigate as they all worked together.(incident # 14-1776) Yet guess who investigated Officer Magee. The Bon Homme county Sheriff's office..What happened to their conflict of interest? They actually did the investigation and then handed over their investigation reports to DCI agent Cunningham who obviously did very little investigating, if any, of his own. What a corrupt way to run law enforcement.
