We received a print out of the dispatch log. The dispatch log is now showing 3 calls about a missing calf even though I was told two calls about a calf when I called in for the dispatch information. The times are showing different from what I was told also. I called the Sheriff dept dispatch to ask why this is different from what I was told over the phone and they suggested that the logs are hard to read and it was possibly an error. The dispatch log also shows Officer Magee 10-10 42 which means Out of service, subject to call, officer at residence, between the hours of 12:41am until 7:49 am. Yet officer Magee claims he drove 6 miles into the country and killed Duke at 1:30am. How can that be? At his residence between 12:41am to 7:49am, yet he was able to kill Duke at 1:30am. Time log does not fit his story
