Microblading and microshading is regulated by the board of body art in every other state. It is a tattoo done with a tattoo machine using ink formulated for tattoos. Inferno circumstances should the medical board control these procedures! 
South Carolina MUST amend the laws of tattooing to include permanent makeup - including mocroblading, microshading, lip blush & SMP!
