Racist and online bully, James Todd Kincannon is the former head of the South Carolina GOP and now has his own legal practice in Columbia, SC. He has repeatedly attacked people with a level of viciousness I've rarely seen.

He's told a woman who lost her daughter in a car accident that she (the mother) was busy tweeting him while her daughter was "splattering herself across the highway. He also says that her daughter was drunk (unproven and possible libel) and that she drank because of her mother. He sends these tweets directly to the mother and harasses her. Todd Kincannon has been reported numerous times in the media for being horribly abusive to anyone who disagrees with him and his ego going to hurt someone badly someday if he's not stopped.

When told he crossed the line he advised that user to "suck his dick."

This is not professional behavior for a member of the South Carolina Bar and the South Carolina Republican Party continues to distance itself from Todd Kincannon.

I urge you, please sign this petition and send a message to the South Carolina Bar that we will not put up with abuse of grieving mothers by an "Attorney in Good Standing." Todd Kincannon needs to be disbarred and a message needs to be sent to all that this type of online hatred is not acceptable.
