We have a plastic flower vase attached to our memorial bench which we got in memory of our daughter Kourtney who passed away just 20 days old. We can't buy her many things unfortunately so beautiful flowers is a must for us.

However someone has lodged a formal complaint to South Ayrshire Council about the vase being on her bench in Rozelle Park. The council have been in touch and asked for the vase to be removed from the bench.

We hope to gain enough support to be able to keep such a simple but meaningful thing in place. This is a difficult time of year as Kourtney would have been two years old on Christmas eve without this.
