Since rumors started spreading in 2019 about a possible remake of this incredible JRPG, we haven't seen hide nor hare of any more progress towards the project -- UNTIL NOW. Playstation Premium has taken this Sony classic and added it to their collection for the first time since the release of the PS4 in 2014, to an outstandingly positive reception from both die-hard fans of the series, to new players getting their first taste!

I've started this NEW petition with the 2023 addition of LoD to the PS classics library to call upon ALL fans of the game, vets and new-beans alike, to send a message to Sony that this game is well-loved and would make a killing with a remaster! Just like LoD was Sony's equivalent to Final Fantasy back in 2000, this can be Sony's equivalent to Squaresoft's success with the remaster of FFVII modernly! 

If we don't act while the flame is still hot, we may lose our last opportunity to push this project through all the red tape of the video game industry! Join me in making this long-held dream a tangible reality!
