The gaming industry has been rapidly advancing over the past few years. With this, there have been needless barriers being slowly torn down for us players. Cross-play and Cross-progression have been a huge hit for many games, everyone loves and welcomes this change. However, for some reason, Sony seems too stubborn for whatever reason, and refuses this feature for many games. Microsoft and Nintendo are seemingly extremely open to this feature, and are making Sony look like an unnecessarily greedy and unfair company. 

Smite, one of my favorite games, has recently added Cross-play and Cross-progression for PC, Xbox, and the Switch. Once again, Sony feels it's best to exclude their player base from this amazing feature. I have spent countless hours, and a good amount of money on the PS4 version of this game, and I want more than anything to be able to share my progression across every platform. There is absolutely no reasonable excuse for Sony to continue denying this feature for its player base. Fortnite, Destiny, and other games already have this feature with Sony, so why can't Smite? Please stop excluding us from highly desired features just because you feel like it. We want Sony to allow Cross-play and Cross-progression with Smite, just as Microsoft and Nintendo already have.
