Sony Mobile Indonesia must change their disappointing repair service!

The bad repair service for XPERIA smartphone owners can really make them think twice whether to keep on using their XPERIA devices or not. Currently, there have been a lot of XPERIA smartphone owners accross Indonesia, whining about the lengthy repair procedure that takes months.
The service center only gives promises like "Your phone will be taken into repair in a minimum of 2 weeks and maximum of 2 months", and reasons such as late sparepart delivery, or uncertain repair period. A lot of users had to wait more than the promised repair period such as 2 months, 3 or even 4 months. And a lot of them are currently left wondering about their devices' status for months. Also some users had to have their devices replaced fully but not like their previous device (such as different device colour than the previous device they bought), and this is of course after a lengthy repair progress too. And some also has considered "not to buy XPERIA anymore".
It's an unpleasent experience on consumer's side. Imagine a consumer just bought a new XPERIA phone and then it's flawed or broken then they have to wait for months for the repair. Consumers have the right to ask for full device replacement exactly as what they have bought before or refund!
Indonesia doesn't have a strong enough consumer protection law. We can't even depend on the governmental organisation for consumer protection/rights. Therefore, on behalf of ALL XPERIA smartphone owners in Indonesia, I make this petition, to let Sony Mobile International, and other XPERIA users, see and act regarding to this issue. Because Indonesia has a lot of smartphone users, 200 millions+ of people, and this can seriously affect consumers' trust on the brand.
