Why does Hollywood have different standards than a regular job?

AKA this jeopardy host debacle. I do think that he should be held accountable for his actions and Sony should be looking for a new host and executive producer for Jeopardy. He said some pretty disgusting and weird things on that podcast and we have no idea what was said off mic and off camera.

Why should he get a free pass when if you were to do that in ANY other job you would be fired immediately for sexual harassment?

Its time Hollywood step up and do what is right.
