Sony, Please Restart The Fallout 4 PS4 MOD Process

Sony, Please Restart The Fallout 4 PS4 MOD Process
The Issue
Hello Sony, I am writing you this in hopes that you reconsider your position on Fallout 4 PS4 Mods & try to get it implemented. This is about getting MODs on F4 for PS4 as soon as possible, on Skyrim Remastered for PS4, and importantly help play a part in bringing MODs to the next generation of Consoles. Consoles Embracing (without strict extreme guidelines) would be a game changer (pun intended lol). I'll explain more in a second but I'd like to go back in time a bit....
I would like to explain why I am writing this: Your Company, Sony, helped Pioneer Console Mods in 2007 with Unreal Tournament 3 for PS3 with Built In Game Mod Support (through USB stick) and then in 2009 update with its Build In Game Mod Browser Support. Not many might know your history with bringing Console Mods to PS3 so early on.
Next Generation Consoles are primed to change the landscape with MODs. Unlike PC where some players might be a bit more knowledgeable on the matter... As seen with Bethesda's XBOX One Fallout 4 MOD support release. The Average user is falling in love with them. And the fact is Fallout 4 sold extremely well for PS4, far more than any other system. I believe you would see, if you started with Fallout 4 and put it out to other companies, that your system is welcome for MODs.
In the end, you really have nothing to lose.
This is not a Blame Game. But Solution One. I have no idea if Bethesda jumped the gun on PS4 MOD date or if they waited too long to work on it. I also have no idea if it was mostly on your side just not wanting to support Modding or work with Bethesda to get this to work.
Your company's history with Mods, with anyone in the industry with knowledge of Mods knows, Consoles are being hurt for not embracing Mods. Mods gave UT3 for PS3 this small little game many more years of play that it would never have gotten. Your company might possibly be worried about the type of mods, compared to the smaller mods in a shooter like UT3, the bigger F4 type Mods. However, as you know very likely, Bethesda would work to combat any malicious mods (if any were to happen). Mods are a game changer. Because players have increased their commitment to such increased degree, their playing the game & the system will only increase. And modding communities, besides outliers where there always will be, are very tight / do so much to do their own security. They will work with you to work against rule breakers.
This isn't just about Fallout. If you possibly needed to make some changes to your software so Mods are more viable on your system & also to face solutions to issues possible security flaws, it is simply worth it. Microsoft is doing it, PC is the go-to place, and importantly you guys at Sony helped start MODs on Console. Sadly it seemed to stop there.
This isn't about blaming anyone or figuring out some complex system. I have been PlayStation fanboy since PS2 and still loving the systems. I just know you can benefit greatly from allowing Fallout Mods through the Bethesda method. And while being honest we aren't talking about USB stick you guys allowed on UT3 in 2007 or Mods from other websites. Bethesda, as you know, created their own site this year for mods called Bethesda.net. While many old school Fallout players might go for mod site like Nexusmods, only way Bethesda will put mods on your system will be through their own setup. I think many people hope to see you are there to work on this. Something that is very important to them and to myself.
Please Restart the Fallout 4 PS4 MOD Process. And please consider bringing MODs to Consoles in General. Not even Microsoft can say that yet with just one game with MODs. But encouraging companies/ saying SONY is a welcomed place for MODs. Not just for Bethesda Mods.
The only way this works if both sides come together and not get worked up on micromanaging the issue.
Companies would embrace this so fast. Fans fixing, Adding to, Tweaking, creating new fun for the games resulting in far more extended gameplay which means extended PS4 use.
