Since the announcement of Into the Spider-Verse 2 being confirmed for a 2022 release, fans have wondered which beloved Spider-Man characters will appear in the sequel. One character, however, that has been less talked about is a Ghanaian hero from the movie Ananse. This character appears to be a mix between Stan Lee's Spider-Man and Anansi, an African folk hero who is seen by others as a spider or a mix between spider and man.
