Because Sony never had a Streaming, Broadcasting, Cable for Cinema Chain arm for years, It's time that we stand 5 companies to merge into One giant. Five Companies (Sony, Netflix, Fox, AMC Networks, AMC Theaters) will merge into one BIG giant called Screen Gems.
