Switch "Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar" to a different time slot, but don't end it!

The Issue

As you may (or may not) know, the news of popular soap opera "Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar" going off-air has stirred negative reactions from viewers around the world. The Ekta Kapoor-produced show garnered appreciation for its mature cast and storyline. That being said, the show's "TRP" ratings have consistently been low, forcing the channel (and the creators) to take the difficult decision of ending the show altogether. However, I urge the channel and the show's executives to reconsider their decision based on the feedback that they have been receiving from audiences world-wide. There are several ways this show can be continued, as defined below:

1.) Reschedule the show to another time slot. This may require ending another show instead or choosing to telecast a new episode of this show at a time that is usually consumed by a "repeat telecast" of another show.

2.) End another show instead.

One possible reason that the show's TRP ratings have fallen is the storyline. Another reason could be the late timeslot.

Instead of ending the show outright, I strongly recommend both parties to give the show another chance by rescheduling it to a different timeslot. Other Hindi "General-Entertainment" channels have tried this strategy with several shows (ex: Zee Tv, "Satrangi Sasural"), and it has yielded positive results.

I hope this letter reaches its intended recipients and they implement necessary changes to prevent "Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar" from going off-air.

Sincerely,
A customer and a fan
