Over 3 decades ago, video games were adapted into cartoons starting with 1982's Pac-Man animated series. Well after a year after the Pac-Man cartoon came out, another cartoon based on video games came out and it was called, Saturday Supercade. Now this wasn't just based off one game but rather a grand majority of popular games at the time including Frogger, Donkey Kong, Donkey Kong Jr, Pitfall,Q*Bert, Space Ace and Kangaroo. Now the cool thing is that the segments in each hour-long episode had their own theme songs and intros. With the first season, the segments were pretty much everything except for Space Ace and Kangaroo and with the second season they were added in to replace Pitfall, Donkey Kong Jr and Frogger. With Q*Bert already out on DVD as part of a promotion for the home video release of 2015's Pixels, we just need Warner Bros.to release the rest of the show on DVD (Not just the Q*Bert segments from season 2) Are you with me? I said ARE YOU WITH ME?!?!?
