SOMETHING IS ROTTEN IN MISSOURI BESIDES BUTCHERED HORSE FLESH

SOMETHING IS ROTTEN IN MISSOURI BESIDES BUTCHERED HORSE FLESH

The Issue

THERE HAS BEEN AN OUTRAGEOUS MISCARRIAGE OF TRUTH, JUSTICE AND THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS IN JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI.

James Viebrock introduced HB1747 in an attempt to Legalize Horse Slaughtering in Missouri, which he said would improve the economy of the State.

Last week state Sen. Dan Clemens said there would be no further legislative progress on H.B. 1747, the pro-horse slaughter bill, after THOUSANDS of concerned citizens emailed, faxed and phoned the Missouri Senate OPPOSING HB1747.

As Senator Dan Clemens was making the announcement that there would be no further legislative progress on HB 1747, Representative James Viebrock hid the bill deep inside another bill, SB 795, thinking that none of his Associates, nor any of the concerned citizens would notice, after being told that there would be NO FURTHER ACTION on HB 1747.

The Missouri House of Representatives passed SB 795 even after a HUGE outcry of rage from the DECEIVED PUBLIC who were incensed that a Public Official would do something so devious and treacherous as to BURY his defeated bill in the wording of another bill which was coming up for the 3rd reading.

Here is James Viebrock's latest attempt to get his bill signed into law by the Governor.

How desperate does a politician have to be to get his Horse Slaughter Bill passed IMMEDIATELY?

Viebrock is telling some people that it is ILLEGAL for Horse Owners in Missouri to BURY their Dead Horses. Of course he is telling THIS LIE, in an effort to Scare People into Agreeing with his Horse Slaughter Bill, which he attempted to get passed deceptively, by hiding it in Missouri SB 795.

Viebrock is LYING, It is NOT ILLEGAL for Horse Owners in Missouri to BURY their Dead Horses...HERE IS PROOF that it is LEGAL to Bury Dead Horses.

HERE IS WHAT YOU CAN DO TO STOP THE ABOMINATION OF HORSE SLAUGHTER WHICH WILL RESULT FROM THE INCONCEIVABLE CORRUPTION OF THE LEGISLATIVE PROCESS IN THE STATE OF MISSOURI IF SB 795 PASSES IN THE CONFERENCE COMMITTEE.

S.B. 795 is currently in a conference committee because the Senate has refused to concur in the House Committee Substitute which passed the House with amendments, including the pro-horse slaughter provisions. If you live in Missouri, find your state senator here and urge them to reject the pro-horse slaughter provisions from H.B. 1747 that are buried in S.B. 795.   Find Missouri Senate leaders here (just click on their names) and a list of all Missouri state senators here.

Tell both of them that James Viebrock has acted in a totally unethical, unprofessional, devious, and deceptive manner to push his desired Legislation HB 1747 in the light of HUGE Public Opposition to Horse Slaughter in Missouri.

Tell both of them that horse slaughter is cruel and inhumane and has no place in American culture!

Tell both of them that Horse Flesh is PERMEATED with a chemical called phenylbutazone, the FDA bans phenylbutazone in horses sent to slaughter for human consumption. The dangers of phenylbutazone began to appear in the medical literature within three years after being placed on the market for human use. The deadly side effects include permanent bone marrow suppression resulting in death in 70-94% of the cases. A hypersensitivity syndrome culminating in liver failure and death can also result following phenylbutazone administration.

Tell both of them you do NOT want the children of Missouri, and the Children of the World, eating horse flesh infested with phenylbutazone when the butchered Horse Flesh is packaged for Missouri and markets in Europe.

IF THE SLAUGHTER OF HORSES BECOMES LEGALIZED IN MISSOURI, IT WILL BECOME LEGAL IN YOUR STATE.  STOP IT NOW BEFORE YOUR HORSES ARE LED TO SLAUGHTER, TO BE BUTCHERED FOR THEIR FLESH TO BE SOLD TO PROFIT CORRUPT, DEVIOUS, TREACHEROUS, MURDEROUS POLITICIANS IN MISSOURI.
