We as a community have concern over the uncertainty around plans to address our aging roofs.

Quick fixes seem redundant and ineffective and we would like to work together to formulate an effective plan to address these issues moving forward.

For the next meeting, the Somerset Glen community would like enough time allotted towards the agenda to focus on the following topics:

• Prioritization of critical community issues (Roofs, Siding/Shutters, etc.)
• Outline of Board’s current plans to address, or request to establish plan with potential options to address issues
• Review of Budget for each item(s)
• Timeline to address item(s)
• Establish committee to assist with planning & execution
• Ongoing communication of progress
