Throughout schools across the states, bullying, and harassment has been a problem. And a BIG one at that. It’s also something that has yet to be addressed. This may start off as something small, but it leads to worse things, such as gun violence that has been so common in schools that it seems to be normalized now. Students can’t keep getting ignored when they come to ask for help. No student should have to feel scared or anxious when they come to school, it’s supposed to be a fun, and safe learning environment. Not a place you have to fear and dread because you have no idea what’s going to happen to you the next day and who is even going to listen. We need a change in our school system and we need it addressed immediately. Student need an environment in which they feel like what they say matters and is going to be addressed seriously. We need to be protected
