Applegreen PLC have submitted a proposal to develop a motorway service area on farmland at Junction 4 of the M42. Local residents have concerns about the commercial overdevelopment in the area , loss of green spaces and increased traffic levels. 

This petition is a direct call to the planning department asking them to consider the thoughts and feelings of the undersigned who oppose this development.
