Cyberbullying itself is not a punishable crime, things that can be part of cyberbullying are. But the actually bullying that takes place itself, isn’t. People are suffering because of this, people are having things posted to them or about them which needs to stop. For example - Personal information, Peoples private lives (past etc), Embarrassing photos, Slanderous words and statements. 
The police are not 100% on doing anything about what happens over social media because messages can be deleted, accounts can be deleted and people can also just simply deny. They can’t prove who wrote the message / post and who didn’t because they aren’t there at the time. However, If a post is written from someone’s social media, or even a message. That person should be held accountable. We need STRICT LAWS on what can and can’t be said. Strict policies on social media, something NEEDS to be done.
