David Hirsche started this petition to SMUCKER FOODS OF CANADA CORP.

I am writing to kindly request that you find a way to bring the Uncrustables products from the USA to grocery stores in Canada.

This product would change the lunch time for many Canadians who are looking for an easy way to pack their lunch.  Consider that 40% of Canadians eat lunch at their desks, are increasingly wanting a “to-go” meals and want to spend as little time as possible on meal preparation.

For me personally, we spend every night as many parents do, preparing dinner, helping the kids with homework and getting ready for bed and then preparing lunches for kids and myself the next day.  Although peanut butter is not allowed in most schools there are so many instances where a grab and go sandwich would be good for kids on road trips and every weekend activity day (not to mention every day that the adults pack lunches for work).  Uncrustables isn’t just a meal preference to me, it is a lifestyle change that would bring so much time back into my life as an easy alternative that I know me and my kids would actually eat.  As most parents can relate, their child can be a picky eater.  I think about all the single parents who struggle to ensure their child is fed while working hard to keep their family on track.  This product is an invaluable option that would help many Canadian homes.

As you can see by the following threads, there are other passionate Canadians about this product:
