Pads and tampons should be available for free because periods aren't a choice for women. If condoms can be made free even though sex is a choice, then why not pads and tampons? Because every woman goes through periods and not everyone has the financial ability to buy them, especially women in rural areas. Many of them even have to use towels or clothes because of this which is very heartbreaking and sad.
