Mew2King, commonly known as M2K, is an American smasher from Cinnaminson, New Jersey, who is currently residing in Orlando, Florida. He started playing competitively and attending tournaments in 2005. Mew2King has earned the reputation of being both one of the greatest Melee and Brawl players in the world and of all time due to his extraordinarily acute chaingrabbing, camping, punishing, and comboing skills, as well as his extremely optimal, technical, and intelligent play style, earning him the nickname The Robot.

On July 5th in the year 2020, Neil Goel falsely accused Mew2King of something he did not commit. Goel explained how, unlike he previously claimed, Mew2King was never naked in his car nor made a scene at a restaurant. “So, why did I make this sh*t up? Because it sounded real,” he said. “M2K was an easy celebrity target, and I took advantage of his reputation for being socially awkward. Even back then, when the scene was more grassroots - he was still victimized and harassed, yet I knowingly jumped on the bandwagon,” Goel continued.

A heinous act such as this should not be put lightly. False accusations are just bad as the person who was correctly accused of. Neil Goel must go to jail for his crimes and we need to give justice to Mew2King.
