All big tech companies employees get decent stock refreshers at the end of each year which keeps their compensation stable.

Here at Microsoft we get laughable numbers like 10k vesting over 5 years which makes everybody wants to move. the company keeps asking for the attrition reason while ignoring the actual elephant in the room.

This is a petition to raise our voice to the SLT and show them that it is a real problem. we need to start moving as employees and ask for our rights
