dazzydamir will be referred to as "shoshu", "hideki tojo", "hideki", and "dazzy")

The Roblox user known as "dazzydamir" is the shoshu of The Grand Imperial Japanese Army of Roblox (roblox.com/groups/5195888/), which is the second highest role and the only royalty other than the Tenno. He has made mistakes that resulted in rioting from the discord, and the Tenno referring to him as a (r word). Some things he has done include:

1. Having a military that only allows him and the Tenno to promote people officially

2. Forcing everybody to host 2 events weekly because one person only has 3 hours to play games

3. Makes us follow rules from a rule channel that no longer exists

4. Makes us follow promotion guidelines from a channel that no longer exists

5. Despite the Tenno allowing us to protest against Hideki, and the Tenno saying he would give us ranks back, some were still demoted because of dazzy, which is disobeying the Tenno's orders on an extreme level, due to his mass demotion of people. 

6. He free ranked a snitch (who did nothing, because the whole event happened in a text channel) and refuses to arrest him even though he is in 10 different groups from enemy nations, including two american war groups and some of their divisions.

Other peoples thoughts:

7. Whenever somebody tries to rank somebody he randomly deranks people randomly
 
 
8. People are demoted out of the blue randomly for no particular reason

9. Despite him telling us to host 2 events each week, he has only hosted about 3 or 2 within the past month.

10. Has bad temper and mouth against his soldiers, called a soldier "mentally (r word)-ed" after he brought up how inactive Hideki was. 

11. Likes picking on specific users

12. Demotes people for no reason (sometimes two+ ranks at a time)

Why I made this petition:

This prince who got free ranked to the top is incompetent and abusing his power. He will cause the downfall of TGIJA by mass demotion and strict, or illogical, rules causing mass demotion. He only has his rank because he merged his group with ours. At least one of our hrs has retired, and another of our most active hr's almost left because of him,  who I will avoid naming to avoid his prosecution, and has picked on me by demoting me despite Tenno's orders as well as other factors that prevent my ascent in the ranks, as well as preventing others growth.I have talked with ex-members of TGIJA, and the one thing that sticks out from the thing they hate is "that *no no word* dazzy", plus his demotion of people for no reason makes many people want to leave. There are also many other competent, loyal, and active members of TGIJA who are well known. You probably recognize his problematic behavior to TGIJA, so please consider signing.
