To the Sky Q head of development.

There are many Sky TV customer who have memory issues who feel that signing up to Sky Q is a downgrade from Sky HD. 

1. You can no longer set reminders that a show is about to start. Sky contend they have no plans to bring it to Sky Q. 

2. We can no longer use the directional buttons to review what’s next and select a new channel. Currently it takes 3 button presses where it was one previously. A backward step.
