Clean up East 6th Street so that we pedestrians, many of us elderly and disabled, we do not have to risk our lives daily basis, walking in the street because we are unable to walk on the sidewalks of various streets in the Skid Row area.

Star Apartments, the taggers away, keep the sidewalks cleaner within the block radius of the building, including the clinic.
