There is a large skateboard population in the area with nowhere to skate and a great number of BMXers. With the obesity epidemic clear in this county, skateboarding can be another positive physical activity. Local law enforcement are having to respond to calls about skateboarders and BMX riders when more important calls should be priority. It is a positive move for our youth and they deserve no less!
