Despite many years of providing transportation services to mostly black inner-city/urban youth who work for Six Flags St. Louis and have transportation limitations Heart2Heart Transportation LLC, has a track record of unprofessional behaviors. There has been a long history of inappropriate treatment, bullying, and emotionally abusive tactics towards youth by this private company.  The owner and his wife over step boundaries by punishing paying riders with ridiculous and sporadic rules, belittling, and berating on a daily basis.  The owner goes onto Six Flags St. Louis property with the approval of Six Flags St. Louis to supervise and reprimand their youth employees.  He has commandeered youth employees, forcing them to stay with him for infractions that he deems needs to be addressed by HR.  He has forced youth employees to let him take their pictures, command them to not call their parents, to hang up the phone when attempting to call a responsible adult about the situation at hand, and kicked paying riders off the shuttle at random.  Attempts to discuss concerns with H2H and Six Flags St. Louis' HR department has failed.  Parent concerns expressed to the HR department at Six Flags are not taken seriously. It is very concerning that although this company is private, they are also contracted (paid) by Six Flags St. Louis and allowed to act in a manner that Six Flags Corporation should be concerned.  Parents and youth are now standing up and petitioning Six Flags St. Louis to provide an alternate transportation company for paying youth employees who love their jobs but would not be able to work without the transportation shuttle option from St. Louis to Eureka.  We feel Six Flags St. Louis values the youth of St. Louis who, for years, have worked their summers away at a place they love.  We are truly hoping that Six Flags St. Louis will assist by helping youth riders to continue to work for Six Flags St. Louis for many years to come.
