In a time of great duress because of unemployment after a recession, cutting or reducing needed benefits to a vast majority of Americans isn't a solution to accomplish anything other than further duress and feeling of social injustice.

Americans are in agreement that the deficit should be reduced but only in a fair manner.

If tax increases for the individuals and corporations who have benefited the most in this country isn't included in this solution, this country could progress to a place of no return with increased social unrest and feeling that Congress is just for the wealthy.

Congress need to show that they understand their fealty should be to the Constitution and the majority of it's Citizens; not to a self-interest paid individual.
