Moldy food in America

In America, some schools have food issues. It is fantastic that the food is free, but would you give a homeless man nothing or a piece of moldy bread if he wanted food? I am saying that the programs for free food in the United States are great, but sometimes some lousy food can slip in. There is no quality check that I know of, and if there is, the people should get a new profession. I personally, at my school, have seen a fellow student with mold on their food.

I am petitioning the USDA to have better quality checking. If that will not work, I will ask for a quality checker to work at the schools.

( I have to put this in so no one is misled.) For god's sake, the picture isn't the picture of the piece of bread I talk about. How would I get the bread out of school, or get the bread, or take a picture of the bread?
