SIGN THE PETITION TO ALL PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES ON DARFUR

On April 5, Iowa became the eighth state in the nation to restrict its investments in companies fueling genocide in the Darfur region of Sudan. As we move into the 2008 election cycle, concerned Americans want to know which candidates are personally committed to stopping the genocide in Darfur.

I therefore call on each of you to divest your personal holdings from certain companies doing business in Sudan. Your immediate action to divest your personal holdings will send a strong signal to the government of Sudan and to the rest of the world that this genocide must end and that you are willing to lead on this issue.
