Blue Hill Ave Parklet in Mattapan, Ma
Blue Hill Ave Parklet in Mattapan, Ma
The Issue
Ideal Mixer, located at 1518 Blue Hill Avenue, Mattapan, Ma is an art studio & creative flex space. This unique space is between work and home, and our mission is to connect through art and culture to network, learn, and grow.
Before September, 28th, Ideal Mixer applied for a Community Preservation Act (CPA) grant for a public open space near their location and the anticipated "Mattapan Commuter Rail" stop. We were denied because it doesn't fall within their rules.
Ideal Mixer is a where creatives can showcase their work while providing an opportunity for others to learn a new craft, inspire each other and share stories and history through art.
By signing the petition, you acknowledge that this effort is in support of the CPA application and that you wholeheartedly support the vision of the parklet near Ideal Mixer, 1518 Blue Hill Ave to display art, charge your device, and promote the original meaning of Mattapan "A good place to be" or "A good place to sit".
