How can I, as an individual, get the message to Georgia lawmakers that the people are sick and disgusted with the number of animal cruelty and murder cases that increase daily? The case against Atlanta Falcons prospect Prince Shembo is a most heinous one. He stated that he kicked his girlfriend's dog, Dior, and it suffered fatal injuries. The necropsy report showed a host of horrific injuries to this tiny little Yorkie. Shembo then left the dog where it was, clinging to life, with no medical assistance. The girlfriend came home, rushed Dior to a vet, but the injuries were too severe. Shembo later admitted to kicking the dog more than once. I believe he stomped Dior to death.
Shembo was processed into Gwinnett County, GA jail and released 3 hours later. These monsters need to do REAL jail time. If we get enough signatures, we can make this come about.
