Florida's Attorney General is relying on long discredited junk science to smear a segment of the population and justify an indefensible blatant form of state-sanctioned discrimination.

Sign this letter and let Florida's Attorney General know that he, above all, should know discrimination is wrong.

Giuseppe SalamonePetition Starter"Now is the time for guts and guile!" ~ Elizabeth Taylor The horrible defeat suffered by the GLBT Community on November 4th has pushed me to a new level of political activism. In addition to supporting GLBT causes through <a href="http://change.org" rel="nofollow">change.org</a>, I have become more active in my local community. I now participate in multiple GLBT advocacy groups in the San Francisco area, and I plan to volunteer at multiple organizations beginning in March 2009. I have also become more aware of the news related to GLBT issues, and follow multiple GLBT publications on a daily basis. I think it is very important that our community be aware of the issues to fight the forces working against us. I will never again be disconnected from the issues that face my community, and I will fight hard for my right to exist as an American citizen.
