My husband has lived in the North Heights Neighborhood since 2009 myself since 2016. We have a corner lot and the one side was replaced about 12 yrs ago at that time my husband was told the front sidewalk would be repaired at some time but wasn't for sure when. This front sidewalk is very dangerous for the older people walking. I have seen people trip and catch their selves from falling. I have called code enforcement about the problem to no avail. If the repairs aren't done to this sidewalk someone is going to get hurt. Since this property isn't mine I feel it is the city's responsibility to repair it. I feel it is past time for this repair to take place. There are a lot of sidewalks in our neighborhood that needs help. The homeowners want action taken.
