I am a victim of a hit and run car accident that occurred six months ago. The company responsible for my insurance coverage, American Alliance Casualty Company in Chicago, Illinois, has not only failed to cover the damages to my vehicle but also refused to cover my medical bills. They have kept me waiting for months without any clear answers or resolution. Their customer support is rude and unhelpful; their corporate support is virtually non-existent. Despite charging high premiums and deductibles, they demand unnecessary information while providing subpar services through their poorly designed app and website.

This experience is not unique to me alone. The company has over 250 one-star reviews on Yelp with many customers wishing they could give zero stars if possible. It's alarming that most repair shops in Illinois refuse to work with this company due to its unethical business practices.
