Over twelve years ago the Rushcard prepaid debit card company was started to help people in urban communities to save money and build their credit, but while it was a great thing then it definitely isn't the case now, for almost a year now the service has been deteriorating to the point where they control your money in ways where you can't even withdraw what you need from your hard earned money.

Now for the last 2 weeks the company was hacked and or had major technical computer issues leaving over 200,000 consumers their accounts on $0 balance. The company doesn't provide any answers, they leave you on hold for a very long time when you call only to finally come on and be very nasty instead of reassuring the customers of what they are doing and that everything will be fine.

Many customer have proceeded to contact their local news channels and lawyers to start a class action suit but in liu that the Rushcard company has not valued their customers enough to even face them we the people feel they should be shut down for good. 

We ask that you please listen to the plea of so many people that have been wiped out financially in this matter and open a federal investigation and return to each of the consumers what is rightfully theirs.
