This petition is deeply personal to me and many others in our community of Lake Wylie, SC. The Caddy Shack bar has been a source of numerous illegal activities and harmful practices that pose a significant threat to our community's safety and well-being.

Firstly, there is rampant cocaine usage within the establishment. This not only breaks federal laws but also puts patrons at risk. Additionally, marijuana use often occurs unchecked in the background, further contributing to an unsafe environment.

The owner's disregard for law and safety extends beyond drug tolerance. A young girl tragically lost her life due to being overserved alcohol by the owner himself - a clear violation of South Carolina liquor laws which state that it is unlawful to serve alcohol to an intoxicated person (South Carolina Code Section 61-4-580).

Furthermore, allegations have surfaced about both the owner and manager grooming young women by getting them drunk with intentions far from honorable. Such behavior is not only morally reprehensible but also potentially criminal under South Carolina law.

Lastly, we cannot ignore how poorly managed this establishment is - with reports of the general manager displaying consistent disrespect towards customers and employees alike.

We must take action against these serious allegations for our community's sake. By signing this petition, you are calling on local authorities in Lake Wylie to investigate these claims thoroughly and consider shutting down The Caddy Shack bar if found guilty of these accusations.
