Maxen power supply limited is charging customers extortion amount of money. Disconnecting supply no matter what the circumstance may be. People are scared and terrified with how they are are treated with the threat calls and telling us to pay straight up else, energy supplies will be switched off. Giving estimation bills to people while the cost of living is biting everyone does not help. Through this petition it will give people a huge relief and allow customers/people to stand up against this company. Giving estimation bills needs to stop and change. Charging extra to make money out of innocent people without any clarification needs to be addressed! If we are to win this for people who are currently with Maxen power this will be a huge win and allowing people to not go bankrupt/out of business or out of pocket due to them. They do not abide by the law and follow guidelines or policies that are in place to protect people. Their rude customer service skills and estimated billings have caused many of their customers feeling vulnerable and helpless.
