This place is a one-way ticket to HELL and a substantial triple waste of our tax dollars. All it takes is one grumpy case manager with a chip on their shoulder to destroy clients' opportunities who are worthy of rehabilitation back to prison. This is exploitation of power and a violation of human rights by unqualified staff who are paid minimum wage after taxes. FACTS: ICCS is a nonprofit private agency that follows the same matrix that was established in 2012. WOW!? Boulder Halfway has not received accreditation from the American Correctional Association and is considered one of the worst facilities in the COUNTRY... I look forward to the results of the Audit coming their way soon.
