In the last ten years, Golden dragon had failed every inspection, but continues to pass on reinspection, there is no need for this kind of behavior at a Chinese restaurant in the United States. The last inspection was conducted today 9/7/2023 and upon findings there was cockroaches in the dry good area, both alive and dead, flies in the sugar containers, and snack bar. Bugs in several other containers. The ice cream machine was at 61 degrees, the actual temp is 41 or 39 depending on the machine. 

Golden dragon, has in the past had cold food, dirty silverware and dirty dishes, floors are filthy and dirty. Bathroom is not cleaned properly and smells heavy of urine, and mildew. Food on the buffet is not set at right temps, and rotation of food is not seen. This is unacceptable food serving behavior, and the manager must be stopped. This establishment needs to be shut down before someone becomes extremely sick and wounds up dying from a food Bourne illness, e. Coli infection, salmonella poisoning, or worse. 

Food Bourne illnesses, have no place in the restaurant industry. Dirty establishments have no place in this industry. Please join me in this petition to shut down this restaurant and have them trained in proper food preparation skills, and make th restaurant undergo serv-safe certification for all workers. 

No one deserves a dirty plate of food so please help us either make golden dragon clean up their act or shut them down for good.
