The delivery company Evri / Hermes has continually taken money off customers and fail to deliver. They are impossible to contact on the telephone, completely fail to uphold their promise to deliver and are unable to contact to get refunds or compensation. 

Their automated telephone system repeatedly fails to connect to an operator. As a customer awaiting a parcel that fails to show up you are instructed to contact the sender and not Evri themselves. As a sender we are unable to contact Evri to discuss parcels that get lost or fail to arrive and arrange compensation or a refund. 

As a small business owner Evri now owe me in excess of £300 in missed, lost, damaged or late parcels.. all from one bulk delivery! 

People have paid good money in good faith to small and large businesses expecting to have their goods received by a certain date and in turn small and large businesses are paying money in good faith to EVRI to have this service provided, When it isnt it is not the customer who ends up out of pocket it is the small and large businesses alike who end up out of pocket having to not only replace the missing or damaged goods and resend but to also write off the initial goods sent and the costs of sending including the so called insurance provided by EVRI that you cannot claim back because no one answers the phone to discuss it with you

There are no bodies governing this, no panels to interject and no official bodies to complain to or make sure that they are providing the basic of service that they are supposed to.

I therefore am starting this petition to have the government step in a force stop Evri from trading in the United Kingdom. They are breaking trade descriptions laws by not offering the service they are charging for and not doing anything about it.
