But it remains the same, unrelenting. In fact, the brutal incident that occurred on January 1st testifies this chilling reality. On that dreadful day, David Franklin was shot dead – a life abruptly ended by the patrons who frequent Club Rodeo. It's not just Club Rodeo we're fighting against; it's the culture of violence it cultivates and the danger it poses to the entire community.
