Shut Down Club Rodeo! End The Violence!

Shut Down Club Rodeo! End The Violence!
The Issue
Violence has long been a part of Club Rodeo – a place that has become a frequent hotbed for fights. These altercations happen not only inside the club, but they spill over into the parking lot too. This isn't just a club; it's a hub for hostility. Efforts have been made to curb this, to introduce improvements, policies, and measures hoping to quell the violence. But it remains the same, unrelenting. In fact, the brutal incident that occurred on January 1st testifies this chilling reality. On that dreadful day, David Franklin was shot dead – a life abruptly ended by the patrons who frequent Club Rodeo. It's not just Club Rodeo we're fighting against; it's the culture of violence it cultivates and the danger it poses to the entire community. It's clear that as long as Club Rodeo remains open, the cycle of violence will continue unbroken. It draws an aggressive crowd, fanning the flames of confrontation, leading to tragic consequences. Close Club Rodeo. Club rodeo is no different from its successor Cowboy 2000 which was shut down in 2007 due to multiple forms of violence. Defend our community from violence. Join us in this effort to close the Club Rodeo. Let us deny violence a dwelling place in our community. Sign this petition, stand with us.
