Ex DG invite to Ex PM Sh HD DeveGowda at Rajghat

A memorandum was handed over to former Prime Minister Shri HD Deve Gowda in Bangalore under the leadership of retired ADG Shri HR Singh regarding the issues related to the welfare of paramilitary families.
An request was made for restoration of pension of security forces personnel, one rank one pension, constitutional status to organized service and establishment of paramilitary welfare boards in the states as well as handed over invitation letter for participation in peaceful sit-in demonstration of ex-paramilitary families at Bapu Samadhi Rajghat, New Delhi on February 14, 2022.

Ranbir Singh said that former Prime Minister Shri HD Deve Gowda fully assured the delegation that he will write a letter to the Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for the restoration of pension and One Rank One Pension of the Central Paramilitary Forces as well as to constitute the Paramilitary welfare board in all States include Karnataka. Ex-Paramilitary Force Welfare Association Karnataka President Hanumantha Raju advocated for proper representation to the ex-paramilitary veterans from various parties in the upcoming assembly and Lok Sabha elections.

The former Prime Minister while praising the jawans of the Central Paramilitary Forces said that the contribution of the real chowkidars of the country cannot be forgotten, who are vigilantly guarding the country from the borders to each & every part of the the country.
At the same time, honourable former Prime minister expressing surprise & expressed anger that there is no pension for the paramilitary soldiers who are getting martyred for the country every day.
