The Bolton Skatepark is scheduled to close at the at end of September 2023, and be reverted back to tennis courts.  This includes the removal of the bowl, mini ramp, and street section.  The Bolton Skatepark has been an incredible place for skateboarders in Vermont, especially during the winter.  It is consistently busy during the winter months, and draws people from all over Vermont and from out of state.  The skatepark is a crucial place for skateboarders in Vermont, being the only other indoor skatepark other than Talent, and we believe that it serves many more people than tennis courts would.  We hope to demonstrate the wide range of appreciation and support for the Bolton Skatepark from the Vermont skateboarding community through this petition.
