Show your support for overdose prevention with a FREE purple ribbon sticker!

Displaying a purple ribbon is a great way to bring urgently needed attention to the crisis of overdose. Sign up to receive one free purple ribbon sticker from the Drug Policy Alliance, and start a conversation about saving lives through overdose prevention.

Want to really get the word out? Buy 5 or 50 stickers to give to friends and family. For $5 we'll send you 5 stickers, or for $25 we'll send 50 stickers

It will happen during your morning coffee, while you find parking at the grocery store, as you wash the dishes after dinner.

Before you and I go to sleep tonight, 70 people will have died due to one entirely preventable tragedy: accidental overdose.

That’s thousands of lives lost each year.

So why isn’t Congress passing the groundbreaking overdose prevention bill that could end this tragedy?

Because they still need to know that you care about it.

Right now, the impact of the overdose epidemic is looming larger in the public consciousness amid unconfirmed reports attributing Michael Jackson's death to a deadly dose of prescription drugs.

That’s why I’m asking you to join me in doing a couple simple things to save a life today: Order a free sticker to raise awareness about preventing overdose -- and tell five of your friends how they can get involved too!

Just displaying a sticker, that’s all. But when I display mine, and you display yours, the word starts to spread and your small action becomes a powerful movement. Together, we can raise the awareness we need to spark a new era of hope for thousands of Americans each year.

Thank you for joining me, and I’ll keep you posted on the progress our legislation makes!

Sincerely,

Bill Piper
