The Issue

It’s time the public knew the truth.

Arturo Castro, known for his YouTube channel Lost in Phoenix, is operating under a registered nonprofit organization in Arizona. That means he is legally obligated to provide financial transparency and honor ethical standards—but he has refused to do so.

Despite filming hundreds of hours of monetized content of vulnerable, mentally ill, and addicted individuals—including people in psychiatric care—he has never publicly disclosed where the money goes, how much he earns, or how his so-called “nonprofit” supports the people he exploits.

Under Arizona law (A.R.S. § 10-11622) and IRS nonprofit regulations, nonprofit corporations must open their books upon request. Art Castro has not. That’s not just suspicious—it’s a breach of his legal obligations and a violation of the public trust.

This petition demands that:

Lost in Phoenix immediately disclose all financial records, including how much has been raised and where the funds have gone;
All content involving vulnerable individuals without informed consent—especially while under psychiatric care—be permanently removed;
State and federal authorities open a formal investigation into Lost in Phoenix’s misuse of nonprofit status and potential financial fraud.

People are not props. Suffering should not be monetized.

Real charity doesn’t hide the receipts.

Sign this petition if you believe in dignity, transparency, and accountability.

Help us protect those who cannot protect themselves.
